回单位两天了，还是老样子，有一个明显的变化，同志们工作的时候都没有以前的那股劲了，因为我们现在是个创业公司，所以有些事情可能和现实不是很相符，但是我觉得既然我们是公司的一份子我们就应该把自己最大的能力发挥出来而不是对公司抱有不满的态度，不管我们明天有什么新的打算。
或许我看问题有些偏激，但是现实至少是这样。我们应该对自己负责对老板负责对公司负责，既然选择了就应该坚持到底，尽量实现自己自己的最大使用价值，这样才会让自己强大，让自己充实。其实我们在工作中缺少激情和动力，一方面是客观的原因，最主要的一方面是由自己内心的浮燥和混乱的思路决定的．所以自己有必要静下心来想想这一年自己要达到什么目标：包括挣多少钱，自己要成为什么样的人等等．所以有时停下来想想比盲目前行好得多。
　每天生存在烈日骄阳的民工们，黝黑的肌肤，朴素的情感，过度的劳累，大量的付出。心中肯定着着渴望，有着激情。其实激情是属于每一个有思维的人。它在一定的条件下就会暴发出来，激情可以改变每个人的状态。使忧伤的拥有开心；痛苦的人拥有快乐；绝望的人拥有希望。
生活需要激情。梦想的实现是存在于激情上的。激情，它无时无刻的在身边徘徊，在心底的脉动里流动，当人拥有希望，梦想，目标，动力之后它就会跳动着舞步，合着这些节奏创造人生中的奇迹。
每个事物成长都需要动力，人也一样．我需要什么？我前进的动力是什么？自己能找到这种动力吗？这是我首先要考虑的．明天又是一个艳阳天．相信自己一定可以做成大事．
为自己呐喊助威！！！！相信自己永远都是最棒的。

明天我会更加努力。明天会更精彩！
